James started with Synthesis Design in the summer of 2008, where he assisted on various projects, including support for the New Veshki project in Moscow, Russia. He could often be seen burning the midnight oil at the office during that stretch of time and it was his dedication that earned him a full time position at Synthesis Design Inc.
James graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Architectural Engineering and Design Management from Loughborough University in the UK, and subsequently completed his M.Sc. in Low Carbon Building Design and 3D Modelling; graduating in 2010 at the age of 22.
His university education has allowed James to develop his theoretical base on current building practices and designs throughout Europe and the Americas. His awareness in environmental considerations have allowed him to develop his technical knowledge through the use of 3D modeling.
As a ‘green’ recruit to Synthesis, James works on every aspect of the design process with verve and unbridled enthusiasm, under the tutelage of his peers.
Currently, his greatest asset is his “real” British accent which makes him the perfect person to answer the phones, however he does aspire to be the ‘green’ leader in the firm.
During his days off – James enjoys tasting the various beers and scotches available in the colonies while also putting up with his colleagues poor attempts at fake ‘British’ accents.
