to renovate the interior of an existing house, creating a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining, and living space. the masonry chimney was removed to make way for a media centre, glass interior railings were installed, and large sliding windows were added to take in forest views.

to update and add to a heritage listed 1950’s house originally designed by fred hollingsworth. great effort was made to respect the original form in the family room addition. fir beams were extended, tounge in groove paneling was installed, and the design of both the original fireplace and french doors was replicated to create a seamless transition from old to new.

to renovate a 1960’s heritage house in an updated style with asian undertones. the structure now features low profile overhangs and large simple windows that capitalize on views of the Straight of Georgia. the IDI award winning interior boasts an open plan, vaulted ceilings, and a distinctive two-sided limestone fireplace.

to renovate a typical 1950’s bungalow, giving it a warm craftsman character. an open living, dining, and kitchen plan was created with spaces defined by posts, built-in millwork, and coffered ceilings.
