synthesis design offers a free initial one-hour consultation to discuss your project and assess the potential of your home. prior to the start of the project, we can also perform a detailed bylaw analysis for $150.00 (legal survey required.)

overall design fees for renovations, additions, and custom homes are based on a percentage of construction costs. consulting is based on an hourly rate of $90.00 per hour. contact synthesis design for more details.

the design button is synthesis’ quick results consultation service. whether your design needs are interior (in-ies) or exterior (out-ies) we’ll give you the knowledge and product information you need to move towards transforming your home. to get the most from your design consultation, bring photos of the space or spaces you’d like to focus on, as well as any finishes, fabrics, or colours you are considering (it could even be your favourite scarf; anything that inspires you). we’ll work with you to refine your selections and create a scheme you’ll love. consultation sessions take place at our office, last for an hour and a half, and cost $200.00. you will take away a detailed report of all that’s discussed during our time together. call 604-980-2087 to get started…
