Brad’s passion for design began in childhood and has grown over time. For the past decade at Synthesis Design, he has prioritized sustainable, energy-efficient design. His work on the Modcube series of laneway homes brings thoughtfully designed small spaces to single-family properties allowing people to age in place and stay closer to family. He has a deep understanding of space, proportion, and volume enhancing how people live and experience their homes.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Brad grew up across Canada and now calls the West Coast home, where he enjoys his off-grid cabin on Gambier Island.
