Cheryl has joined the Synthesis Team with over twenty years of experience in finance. She has held positions in the last 10 years as CFO or controller for several junior exploration and mining companies. Within her career she has been involved with mergers, acquisitions, consolidated system implementations, investment committees and has had all round involvement in maintaining and strengthening internal controls.

She has extensive cash management experience having gained extensive experience working in the offshore sector and will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening system implementations over financial reporting within the group.

In those twenty years between balancing budgets Cheryl has experienced many unforgettable sailing experiences here on the West Coast and Caribbean Islands, from unforgettable storms to shark biting fishing trips. Cheryl enjoys photography, the great outdoors and cooking.
