Connor was drawn to design because of his attraction to the art of fulfilling a user’s need.
He had an ambition to create with purpose, so that those who interact with his work are fulfilled from doing so.
Inspired by the idea of creating equality and fairness through good design, Connor is passionate that the resulting product is accessible to as many people as possible.
Connor’s strengths are in his ability to listen – consider the perspective of others and working to establish empathy with those who he interacts with in his work, ultimately resulting in a design that is seamless in its intent.
In the city that champions “Vancouverism”, Connor hopes to help develop livable density in a way that enhances the local fabric, instead of overcrowding it.
Going forward, Connor aspires to contribute to the design of laneway homes in a way that makes them economically feasible through impeccable design, as well as creating community.
Connor’s love for cross-country running and the appreciation for this City’s external beauty is what drives him to design homes that emphasize the relationship between inside and out.
“A profound design process eventually makes the patron, the architect, and every occasional visitor in the building a slightly better human being.”
