As principal and lead designer at Synthesis Design, Lynda brings to her clients a large spectrum of experience and knowledge in both Interior Design and Business. With a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Manitoba and over 25 years in residential, commercial, hospitality and multi-family design her expertise has taken her throughout Canada, the United States, and more recently to Russia.

Design has always been a part of Lynda’s life. As a young girl she remembers rearranging her bedroom multiple times, making toss cushions from scrap fabric and finishing the scheme with just the right accessory – her favourite co-ordinating stuffy. Combining colour, texture, and function to create visual beauty and flow has always come naturally.

When Lynda is not working she enjoys time with her husband, son & friends at their beachside home on the Sunshine Coast. It’s no coincidence her favourite colour is Aqua because of its watery and serene reference. Skiing and sea wall walks with the office/family dog Smudge are her choice of activity.
