Tessa brings a vibrant energy to the Synthesis Design team as Marketing Coordinator, where she leads brand storytelling, event management, and social media marketing with clarity and intention. Her work shapes the way people connect with our projects, offering an inside look at the people, process, and projects that define the studio.

Tessa grew up on the North Shore, and immersed herself in sports, community, and the great outdoors. Through sports and her love for the BC lifestyle, Tessa discovered the University of Victoria and successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree while also managing to be a student-athlete on the Vikes Varsity Women’s Field Hockey Team.

With a background in business marketing and over seven years of experience in marketing and content creation, Tessa blends creativity with precision. Her background in athletics and teamwork shows up in her collaborative spirit and ability to bring ideas to life, whether launching campaigns, coordinating media, or building relationships across platforms.
