Tessa grew up on the North Shore, and immersed herself in sports, community, and the great outdoors. Through sports and her love for the BC lifestyle, Tessa discovered the University of Victoria and successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree while also managing to be a student-athlete on the Vikes Varsity Women’s Field Hockey Team.

Tessa is a hardworking, reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual. With over seven years of marketing and social media experience, as well as being an expert in teamwork and sales, she brings our clients the inside look of the Synthesis Design day-to-day. Tessa is passionate about sports, fashion, marketing, social media and getting involved with her community while connecting with diverse professionals.

You can catch her on the weekends going for hikes with her family and dog, grabbing a coffee by the seawall, and always trying Vancouver’s newest Italian restaurant.
