Synthesis Design has commenced the build of a home on a spectacular, steep sloped waterfront site in the heart of Deep Cove, North Vancouver.
Working directly with the District of North Vancouver for over two years, we were finally given approval by The Mayor and City Council on a new project on challenging waterfront terrain. The Mayor and Council commended Synthesis Design on their sensitive approach to a very sensitive site. Not your “average” design or build, Naikoon Contracting will be utilizing a tram will an elevation drop of over 100 feet, as well as barge from the ocean to bring materials on and off the site.
