DETAILED CRAFTSMAN STYLE HOME WITH A VIEW
Working closely with our clients and Kelly Deck Design, we created a thoughtfully detailed Craftsman style home characterized by an open and light filled interior, and a connection to outdoor spaces. A generous double height entry foyer leads to the elegant living, dining, and kitchen areas, while a wall of concertina doors opens to a slate sundeck and adjoining outdoor room, featuring expansive views of the ocean and city below.
The pool deck level is accessed by a hidden door disguised as wall paneling in the Living Room millwork and the upper floor features a comfortable library, office, and a number of airy vaulted spaces, the most notable being the master bedroom with its view deck and interior two-sided fireplace connecting it to the soaker tub in the well-appointed ensuite.
Designed in the craftsman style, the architecture takes the notion of traditional detailing to a simplified, yet unified level throughout, allowing the form of the building to dictate the personality of the home.
