This Shavington laneway home is on a steep sloping site facilitating seamless immersion and integration into the landscape, preserving views and privacy from the main residence. The home features a modern, flat-roofed design enhancing the home’s lane-facing architectural aesthetics and inviting presence. Architectural concrete delineates and separates private spaces within the house and laneway, creating a functional and private outdoor patio area for residents. This energy efficient Step 3 laneway home employs mini-splits and an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) system for heating and cooling, guaranteeing a constant supply of fresh, conditioned air.
