Our first in-house Coach House is under construction! These little units can revitalize dark alleys and provide much needed rental units for the city. Our design illustrates just how much can be done with small spaces. This unit has 2 bedrooms, high efficiency appliances and a great room upstairs that provides spectacular views of Vancouver harbour. The overhanging upper floor creates a great space for a car port. We are excited to do more of these in the future. Stay tuned for progress reports and photos.
