We are happy to share that Synthesis Design has won the 2025 Canadian Home Builders' Association National Award for Housing Excellence!
Our project, the Esplanade Residence, has been awarded “Best Detached Custom Home under 2500 sq. ft.” This award is the result of a collaborative effort with Bautech Construction and Arch Interior Design, as well as the support and skill of the amazing community of engineers, builders, tradespeople, landscapers, suppliers, and photographers.
